We are a small team of qualified standards auditors covering Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, Information/Data Security, Business Continuity, Security Guarding, and other standards. All our auditors have business management experience and so understand the “workings” of business.

Our client base is spread mainly across the UK and Southern Ireland but we also have clients in the USA, Canada and Poland as well as having agents in other parts of the world.

Our work encompasses a wide range of trades including Banking, Software, Recruitment, Security Guards, Import & Export, Engineering, Packaging, Commercial Cleaning, Warehousing, Transport, Drain Clearance Services and Construction Contractors. Our fee structure is aimed at affordable certification for our clients using a no nonsense, “keep it simple” approach.

We explain the requirements of your chosen standard/s in plain every day language, along with what is needed to meet requirements, but we will also let you know if your business would not benefit from certification.

Some companies need certification to one or more standards if they want to take part in tenders, some because their potential customers make it a requirement, while others just want to introduce a discipline into their business to make it more proactive towards dealing with potential problems or to make their goods or services right first time, there is a high cost to poor quality.

You will find us easy to talk to, and willing to answer your standards related questions. We have a free on-going e-mail and telephone helpline for use by our clients to answer their standards related questions.

Every client is given the e-mail address and mobile telephone number of one of our Lead Auditors. We prefer questions or concerns to be forwarded using e-mail as our auditors are usually performing audits and may not be able to answer their mobile phones at all times, but if your question is urgent we will try to make ourselves available as much as possible.
